Two ways to make a video: an idea, or editing your own footage

With an idea. Write a sentence in the studio: what you want to say, and to whom. Emodio writes the script, draws the objects, adds the voice and animates it all. You have nothing to film. You can attach images or a video clip: they take their place in the animation.

With your own footage. Want to edit your videos? Upload what you filmed (MP4, MOV or WebM, 100 MB at most per file), or paste the link to a public YouTube video. Fifteen minutes at most per video: for a longer talk, cut out the part that matters first. Emodio keeps the good moments and adds titles and subtitles. Several takes? It puts them end to end, in the order of your story. Your voice stays yours. Your edit takes your channel’s theme. If you change theme, run the proposal again: it follows your new colours.

Would you rather speak over an animation yourself? Record your voice and attach it: it replaces Emodio’s voice.

Either way, Emodio first shows you what it understood: that’s the brief. Nothing is made until you click “Start the video”.
