Motion design
The craft of animating text, shapes and illustrations to explain an idea on video, without filming anything.
Motion design is graphics that move: titles, icons, diagrams and figures appearing in time with a voice. No camera, no actors: everything is designed and animated.
It is mostly used to explain: a service, a process, a product that is hard to film. On social media it has an edge: thanks to the text on screen, it works with the sound off.
On Emodio, one sentence is enough to start: the voice-over, animated text, illustrations and subtitles are made for you, in your colours.
An accountant explains in thirty seconds the three documents to keep for your tax return, with one animated icon per document.
