Storyboard
The video sketched frame by frame before it is made: every key moment, with what you hear and what you read.
A storyboard looks like a comic strip of the video. Each panel shows a moment: the framing, the text on screen, the voice-over line. Rough sketches are enough; nobody else needs to find it pretty.
It shows problems before they cost you: an idea with no picture, a section that drags, two scenes saying the same thing. For a social video, a handful of panels is often enough.
To present an online course: panel 1 the question, panel 2 the course screen, panel 3 a learner who gets it, panel 4 the link.
